Overview:
A native Oregonian, Dr. Oehling received his medical degree from the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland. He then went on to a prestigious internship at Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston, Texas, and a residency with the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center general and vascular surgery. Dr. Oehling is among the American College of Surgeons. In addition, he has completed the American Board of Surgery and performed a fellowship in cancer surgery from the Anderson Hospital and Cancer Institute.
Today, Dr. Oehling is president of the Grants Pass Rotary Club, past president of the Oregon Medical Society, and director of building program #3 for the Riverside West All-Sports Park. In addition, he is the founder for both the Grants Pass Ambulatory Surgery Center and Physicians Medical Group at Grants Pass Medical Center Office Building. He recently served as president of the Oregon Chapter of the American College of Surgeons.
